1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Adridex website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Adridex provides performance marketing services for the tourism industry, including but not limited to Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, YouTube Ads, social media management, landing page design, and analytics setup. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements with each client.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Grant necessary access to ad accounts, analytics, and relevant platforms
• Review and approve campaign strategies and creatives in a timely manner
• Make timely payments as per the agreed payment schedule
• Comply with all applicable advertising regulations and platform policies

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including fees, billing cycles, and payment methods, will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Adridex website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Adridex and is protected by intellectual property laws. Campaign strategies, reports, and deliverables created for clients become the client's property upon full payment.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, campaign data, performance metrics, and any other sensitive information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Adridex strives to deliver the best results for our clients. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes as advertising performance depends on many external factors including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client will be billed for services rendered up to the termination date. Access to ad accounts and campaign data will be transferred back to the client.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gangtok, Sikkim, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
