Refund Policy

1. Service-Based Refunds
Adridex provides performance marketing services, not physical products. Since our services involve time, expertise, and resources dedicated to your campaigns, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined below.
2. Before Campaign Launch
If you cancel our services before any campaign work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment made, minus any audit or setup work already completed.
3. After Campaign Launch
Once campaigns are live and active work has been performed, refunds are not available for the work already completed. This includes:
- Campaign strategy and planning
- Ad account setup and configuration
- Creative production and copywriting
- Tracking and analytics implementation
- Active campaign management hours
4. Ad Spend
Ad spend paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube) is non-refundable by Adridex, as these payments go directly to the advertising platforms. Any unused ad budget remaining in your ad accounts belongs to you and can be used at your discretion.
5. Monthly Retainer Services
For ongoing monthly retainer services, you may cancel with 30 days written notice. The current month's retainer is non-refundable as services are being actively delivered. No charges will apply for months after the notice period.
6. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to reach out to us first. We are committed to resolving any concerns and will work with you to find a fair solution. Contact us at hello@adridex.com to discuss any issues.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned via the original payment method. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
